Club Structure

The current club numbers over 60 members and has recently pushed up membership through a very vibrant Summer and Easter School Holidays Programme for Ealing and Local Borough Youngsters, both male and female.

The out-reach work and engagement features heavily around inclusion for BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) groups, also focussing on Women and Girls, from hard to reach areas of society and marginalised sections of the community who do not engage in any other sport, or activity.

The club has successfully broken down many estate based rivalries through their work in Gloves not Guns, Gangs or Knives in conjunction with the Local community in Ealing and other agencies and community groups. Partnership and working mutually are key components of the club’s development plan.

The club is funded through income derived from Sponsorship, Events, Subscriptions and Donations to ensure the club’s sustainability. These income streams assist the funding and operational costs of the group.

Our Club is proud of our mantra to ”Coach, Mentor and Develop Young People, Changing Lives and improving Life Skills”, whilst growing sport and improving the life chances and physical and psychological well- being of young people from Ealing.
